Job summary

OrthoAtlanta seeks an ASC Administrator to lead the launch and ongoing operations of a brand-new orthopedic surgery center. You will manage clinical quality, regulatory compliance, physician relationships, and team development to achieve strong outcomes.

The role emphasizes operational excellence, budgeting, and strategic growth in a fast-paced ASC environment with ongoing collaboration with surgeons and leadership.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years healthcare experience required.
• 5+ years ASC Administrator or healthcare leadership experience.
• Experience with ASC startup, expansion or new facility openings preferred.
• Orthopedic surgery experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of new center startup, including operational readiness, policy development, staffing models, and vendor selection.
• Partner with physicians, executive leadership, and project teams to ensure successful and timely center opening.
• Establish workflows, infrastructure, and systems to support efficient, high-quality surgical services.
• Drive growth strategy, case volume ramp-up, and service line development, emphasizing orthopedics.
• Direct, monitor, and evaluate clinical operations to ensure patient care and surgical outcomes.
• Develop, implement, and maintain ASC policies and procedures in alignment with regulations.
