Job summary

AEP Service Corporation seeks a highly analytical Manager, Transmission Finance to work directly with the Managing Director of Transmission Finance and the President of AEP Transmission. This high-visibility role shapes the strategic narrative by translating complex business information into clear, executive-ready insights for senior leaders and the Board.

You will synthesize data across finance, operations, and HR, develop board materials and executive presentations, and drive performance

Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.
Executive presence and ability to interact with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Gather, validate, and synthesize critical business information across divisions.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities and translate into executive insights.
Support decision-making with clear reporting and analytics.
Author and coordinate presentations for the President of AEP Transmission.
Develop Board-level materials and executive briefings.
Translate complex information into concise narratives for diverse audiences.
Ensure accuracy and executive-level quality across materials.
Support development of Transmission Annual Plan non-financial components.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align priorities and metrics.
Drive special projects and strategic initiatives.
