Job summary

Chase is seeking an Executive Ambassador Programs Operations Associate within Consumer and Community Banking. You will help senior leaders build public profiles through social thought leadership, coordinating publishing in Sprinklr and ensuring timely, compliant program execution.

You will work with executive communicators, content teams, legal and external communications, managing workflows, records and reporting across the executive cohort in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media operations, employee advocacy or executive communications.
• Experience with social media publishing, monitoring and analytics tools (Sprinklr, LinkedIn analytics).
• Strong writing and editing, plus stakeholder communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority workflows independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage recurring program workflows, calendars and status updates across the executive cohort.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding materials and access records for executives and communicators.
• Support publishing in Sprinklr with quality checks and approvals.
• Draft recommended responses for executive posts and monitor coverage hours.
• Maintain audit-ready records and produce monthly/quarterly reporting on reach and engagement.
• Identify data issues and coordinate resolution with partners; ensure compliance with legal and records-management requirements.
• Build relationships with executive communicators, content teams, PR and legal partners.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and improve service quality.
• Support trainings, meetings and ad hoc program initiatives.
