Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in social media operations, employee advocacy or executive communications.
• Strong writing, editing and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority workflows independently and with detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage recurring program workflows, calendars, trackers and status updates across the executive cohort; maintain onboarding/offboarding materials and executor lists.
• Coordinate onboarding logistics and support transitions when executives or communicators join, leave or change roles.
• Maintain playbooks, templates, process docs and training materials; coordinate weekly content batches and scheduling; oversee end-to-end publishing in Sprinklr with quality checks.
• Apply LinkedIn best practices and program standards; flag content requiring legal/leadership review; maintain approval logs and audit evidence.
• Monitor daily executive posts and comments; draft recommended responses; coordinate follow-up with executive communicators; escalate sensitive issues as needed.
• Maintain audit-ready records of approvals, publishing activity, monitoring and escalations; generate monthly/quarterly/year-to-date reports on publishing, reach, engagement and growth.
• Build relationships with executive communicators, social/content teams, PR, video, paid media, controls and legal; communicate priorities and deadlines clearly.
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and reduce manual effort; support trainings and program meetings.
