Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an experienced Executive Director to oversee our Executive and Employee Social Media program, with LinkedIn as the primary platform. You will set strategy, governance, and drive advocacy outcomes, while coaching senior leaders and hands-on content creation.

You will lead the LinkedIn Sales Navigator program, manage ambassador initiatives, and ensure compliance with risk controls in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in social strategy, executive communications or B2B marketing with leadership.
• Ability to advise and influence senior leaders on sensitive topics.
• Experience building advocacy or ambassador programs, preferably regulated environments.
• Strong governance mindset and partnership with Risk/Compliance/Legal.
• Excellent writing, editing and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own social media strategy for executives and employees, with LinkedIn as primary platform.
• Lead governance, approval workflows, content standards and risk controls.
• Coach senior leaders on profile, posting strategy, engagement and comments.
• Oversee LinkedIn Sales Navigator program and measurement.
• Own Ambassador program end-to-end including onboarding and reporting.
• Collaborate with Marketing on employee advocacy and content distribution.
• Create content directly and scale through team and partners.
• Establish dashboards, insights and continuous improvement roadmap.
• Provide training across risk, controls, legal, compliance for social media policy.
