Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an executive to drive the Air Power business and expand leadership in the Air Force market. You will guide client engagement, industry participation, and strategic communications to position Booz Allen as a premier advanced-technology partner.

Leverage 15+ years in Air Force operations and aviation systems, plus DoD business development relationships and a Top Secret clearance, to accelerate readiness and program success across Navy, DoD and allied domains.

Qualifications

15+ years leading Air Force operational missions, R&D, acquisition and test.
5+ years of executive leadership for Aviation systems programs and organizations.
Experience with AI, Electronic Warfare, Hypersonic, Digital Engineering, Autonomous and Unmanned systems.
Experience managing a portfolio of DoD clients and developing people.
Top Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

Serve as an Executive to advance the Air Power business and Booz Allen's leadership in the Air Force market space.
Expand Booz Allen's position as a leader in the Air Force market space and strengthen client engagements.
Participate in industry forums, events, symposiums, publishing, and speaking engagements to boost visibility.
Inform senior Air Force clients about emerging solutions to accelerate readiness and modernization.
Track Air Force requirements and provide market intelligence to inform strategy and opportunities.
Review and adjust business and contract portfolio, capabilities, and talent to maintain growth and delivery quality.
