Job summary

Pinnacle Business Guides is seeking senior leaders to become independent advisory guides who help entrepreneurial organizations grow with our Pinnacle Principles™.

As a Pinnacle Business Guide, you will lead structured strategy sessions, coach CEOs and executive teams, and build your own client portfolio with autonomy and support from a national community.

Qualifications

• Former CEOs, Presidents, COOs, or senior executives.
• Experienced consultants or executive coaches.
• Entrepreneurs who built and scaled companies.
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience.
• Strong facilitation and executive presence.
• Autonomy and accountability valued.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate structured planning and execution sessions with leadership teams.
• Guide organizations using Pinnacle Principles and 80+ tools.
• Coach CEOs and executive teams through growth and transitions.
• Develop client portfolios and build an independent advisory practice.
