About the Role

As an Executive Administrative Coordinator, you will provide high-level administrative, project, and operational support to multiple senior executives. You will work closely with leadership to understand their needs, proactively identify solutions, and manage confidential projects. Your role involves fostering relationships with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring the smooth functioning of executive operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily administrative services for senior leaders
  • Make independent decisions based on specialized knowledge of service lines and operations
  • Support business priorities through administrative and project coordination
  • Resolve administrative issues, analyze problems, and implement efficiency improvements
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage data securely
  • Compose and edit business documents and communications
  • Coordinate travel, meetings, and events
Skills and Qualifications
  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience
  • 8-10+ years of experience, with at least 5-7 years supporting senior leadership
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and collaboration tools
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to travel and work onsite as needed
