Indiana University is seeking a talented administrative professional to provide comprehensive support to the Department of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine's executive leadership. The role spans both academic and clinical settings within IU and IU Health Group.

You will coordinate operations, manage calendars and travel, prepare reports, and assist with events and regulatory inspections while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 4 years of relevant administrative experience required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
• Strong verbal communication and listening skills essential.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates executive operations and supports departmental initiatives.
• Plans and coordinates departmental events and conferences.
• Assists with CAP/CLIA regulatory inspections.
• Manages facilities-related needs and collaborates with leadership.
• Provides confidential executive support and screens calls, mail and emails.
• Maintains executive calendars, schedules, travel, correspondence, and budgets.
• Acts as a resource for staff and improves processes for efficiency.
