The Laney Graduate School (LGS) at Emory University seeks a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Dean and Associate Dean in a fast-paced and dynamic academic environment. Serving as a trusted partner within the Dean's Office, this role is responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings and travel, preparing executive briefings and correspondence, and facilitating communication with university leaders, faculty, staff, students, and external stakeholders. This position offers the opportunity to play a key role in advancing the mission of one of the nation’s leading graduate schools while working closely with senior university leadership on strategic initiatives, special projects, and day-to-day operations.
Position tasks are generally required to be performed in-person at an Emory University location. Remote work from home day options may be granted at department discretion. Emory reserves the right to change remote work status with notice to employee.
