Fulton Bank in Lancaster, PA is seeking a high-level executive assistant to support the Chief Executive Officer and the executive leadership team. You will manage calendars, travel, communications, presentations, and key interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate Board of Directors meetings, prepare reports, and liaise across departments. This role requires discretion, judgment, and a solid grasp of governance processes, with a strong focus on confidentiality.

This is a full-time, onsite career opportunity that is based out of our corporate headquarters location in Lancaster, PA.
Under minimal supervision and acting on own initiative, provides high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer and executive leadership team, including coordination of Board of Directors activities. This position requires exceptional judgment, confidentiality, and a comprehensive understanding of the organization's operations, leadership priorities, and governance processes. The role manages executive schedules, travel, communications, presentations, and key interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
High School Diploma or equivalent. (Required)
5 or more years Administrative support , or equivalent combination of advanced business school or secretarial training and job-related. (Required)
2 or more years Executive administrative support. (Required)
This role may perform other job duties as assigned by the manager. Each employee of the Organization, regardless of position, is accountable for reading, understanding and acting on the contents of all Company-assigned and/or job-related Compliance Programs, regulations and policies and procedures, as well as ensure that all Compliance Training assignments are completed by established due dates. This includes but is not limited to, understanding and identifying compliance risks impacting their department(s), ensuring compliance with applicable laws or regulations, and escalating compliance risks to the appropriate level of management.

The salary range may vary based on geographic location.
The hourly rate for this position is $27.79 - $46.30.
