Job summary

Fulton Bank is seeking a Client Services Specialist to support the Private Bank sales team in Hunt Valley, MD. This full-time, hybrid role focuses on excellent client service, data handling, and coordinated support across business units.

You will respond to client inquiries, assist with transfers and invoices, and participate in process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years Financial services experience (Preferred).
• 1+ years administration supporting financial services or sales (Required).

Responsibilities

• Assists in delivering quality client experience by responding to client needs.
• Collaborates with Private Bank sales team to answer client inquiries and provide solutions.
• Participates in projects to improve processes and client experience.
• Performs administrative duties including data gathering, reports, committee prep, and processing transfers/invoices.
• Responds to internal/external emails with confidentiality and accuracy.
• Handles general administrative functions: filing, scanning, supply ordering, scheduling, greeting visitors, etc.
• Follows compliance/risk procedures and company protocols.
• Provides coverage across multiple Private Bank areas.
• Participates in training new employees.

This is a full-time, hybrid career opportunity based out of our International Building in Hunt Valley, MD.

Hybrid schedule is 3 days in the office and 2 day work from home following a successful 90 day introductory period.

Core working hours will be 8 am - 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

A Client Services Specialist works with the Fulton Private Bank sales team and business unit leaders to ensure a high level of customer service. Performs a broad array of administrative, support and analytical duties supporting for assigned personnel. Individual will work with confidential customer information requiring discretion and accuracy. This role provides excellent service, operation, and sales support for Fulton clients. The role handles service-related issues, account questions, problem resolution, and escalations. One of the primary objectives for this role is to build positive relationships with peers, business partners, and colleagues while working effectively with others to accomplish organizational goals.

• Assists in the delivery of quality client experience by quickly and courteously responding to client needs.
• Collaborates with Fulton Private Bank sales team to research and provide answers to internal/external client inquiries. Communicates solutions either directly or indirectly with clients.
• Participates in projects to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
• Performs a variety of highly skilled administrative duties including but not limited to researching and compiling data and reports, preparing for committee meetings, and processing transfers and invoices for payment.
• Responds to all internal and external emails in a timely manner, handling internal/external client needs with confidentiality, tact, discretion, accuracy and diplomacy.
• Performs administrative functions of the business unit, with confidence, and sound judgment, including filing, copying, scanning, supply ordering, meeting coordinating, answering phones, greeting visitors and scheduling appointments etc.
• Adheres to all compliance/risk procedures and follows corporate and industry protocols.
• Works as a team to provide coverage for multiple areas of Fulton Private Bank.
• Participates in training new employees.

Additional Responsibilities

• May be asked to become a Notary.
• May complete professional training and progress toward certifications

Education

High School Diploma or equivalent. Specialty general studies. (Required)

Experience

3 or more years Financial services experience. (Preferred)

1 or more years administration supporting financial services or sales. (Required)

The salary range may vary based on geographic location.

The hourly rate for this position is $20.43 - $32.31.
