The ideal candidate will manage calendars, travel, correspondence, and presentations; coordinate meetings; track deadlines and initiatives; and handle confidential information with discretion while supporting proposals, marketing activities, and internal communications.

This is a full-time, in-office position based in Orlando, Florida.
