LPL Financial Holdings Inc. seeks an Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to the EVP and leadership team in New York, coordinating heavy travel, scheduling, calendar maintenance, and document preparation.
The role requires extensive experience in executive administration, MS Office proficient use, and travel coordination across time zones, with a focus on delivering a professional and organized experience for clients and executives.
The Executive Assistant will provide executive administrative support to LPL’s Executive Vice President(“EVP”) and leadership team, reporting directly to the EVP. The Executive Assistant’s primary responsibilities include managing heavy travel, scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars and files, generating and mailing correspondence, and other duties as assigned.

#LI-PA Pay Range: $39.17-$65.27/hour Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
