Executive Assistant to CEO and COO of well known multi-national Atlanta based developer.
Key Responsibilities
Strategically manage the CEO’s complex calendar, including annual, quarterly, and monthly planning to align priorities, internal meetings, and external engagements.
Coordinate all executive travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries.
Support client relationship management by maintaining records, conducting quarterly interaction reviews, and preparing research briefs for meetings and events.
Review, proofread, summarize, and organize executive materials; assist the COO with KPI tracking, dashboards, and financial snapshots.
Act as primary gatekeeper for executive communications, prioritizing emails, calls, and meeting requests.
Prepare Board and leadership meeting materials, presentations, agendas, minutes, and follow-up on action items.
Prepare and submit executive expense reports in compliance with company policies.
Manage special projects and speaking engagements, tracking progress and coordinating logistics and follow-ups.
