We are seeking an Executive Admin Partner to the CEO to enable the company’s growth and ensure its operational excellence. This role is critical to supporting the CEO’s strategic vision and maintaining the infrastructure of the business.

Role Overview

This role requires a high level of professionalism, strategic thinking, and operational expertise. As the Executive Admin to the CEO, you will act as a trusted confidant and operational leader, managing client engagements, overseeing key projects, and ensuring the smooth execution of organizational priorities. Your ability to adapt, lead, and execute will directly contribute to the company’s success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Support: Serve as the CEO’s partner, providing insights, managing priorities, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Operational Leadership: Understand and oversee the infrastructure of client engagements, ensuring seamless delivery of services.
  • Strategic Planning: Assist in developing and executing strategic initiatives, conducting in-depth research, and preparing for the future.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between the CEO, internal teams, and external partners, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
  • Growth Focus: Identify opportunities for operational improvements and support business development efforts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a leadership or strategic support role within the financial sector.
  • Organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to keep pace with a fast-moving executive team by turning ideas into action quickly, operating well with ambiguity, and proactively driving work forward with limited oversight.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • State and federal background checks.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., in person (this is not a remote position)
