PRIMARY JOB FUNCTION(S)
REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION: A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university strongly preferred.
EXPERIENCE: Three to fours of full-time employment in progressively responsible secretarial and administrative work required. Thorough knowledge and demonstrated effective use of written and spoken English, basic math, modern office methods and equipment, including microcomputer, dictaphone, computer skills, word processing, electronic document management systems and data bases also required. Judgment, tact, and ability to meet the public, thorough understanding of Agency’s organization and programs. Must have an acceptable driving record as determined by criteria established by the Agency’s insurance carrier and by Agency policy.
