The Hanover Insurance Group is seeking a Vice President and Lead Actuary to lead actuarial, data science and integration efforts for Core Commercial Lines. Location options include Worcester, MA, Windsor, CT, or remote work location, with strong collaboration across teams.

You will shape strategy, drive pricing and rate development, and ensure profitability across lines, while communicating insights to senior leadership and coordinating with technology partners.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of technical experience, including 10+ years in management.
• Proven ability to lead actuarial, data science and analytics teams.
• Strong communication with senior leadership and business partners.

• Shape business strategy and drive pricing, portfolio management and rate development.
