Job summary

FalconX is seeking an Execution Trader in a hybrid role (3 days on-site/2 days remote) with Bengaluru, India location noted in the posting. The role focuses on facilitating white-glove OTC block and algorithmic trades for institutional clients, while engaging with multiple teams to drive liquidity, execution quality, and strategic initiatives.

You will analyze markets, optimize trade capture and settlement, and contribute to risk management and post-trade analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Business.
• 1-3 years experience in Trading/Desk Support/Financial Services/Brokerage.
• Weekend hours coverage required.
• Numerical inclination and proficiency with spreadsheets.
• Interest in Fintech, blockchain, and digital assets.
• High attention to detail and sound judgment under pressure.
• Willingness to work during US hours and/or early APAC hours.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate whiteglove OTC block & algo trades for institutional clients
• Engage cross-functionally to understand the OTC business comprehensively
• Assist the markets team on strategic initiatives to expand bottomline potential
• Scout for liquidity from comprehensive dark pools and provide best execution to clients
• Ensure accurate trade capture and settlement
• Diagnose issues and elevate root causes to maintain execution excellence
• Contribute to all aspects of the trading desk activities including position reconciliation, risk management, and post-trade analysis
• Propose & implement process improvements and automation solutions
• Potentially get involved with business owners on key projects emerging out of Asia

At FalconX, you’ll have a significant influence on the broader success of the digital asset landscape. You will help make cryptocurrencies a successful asset class. You will become an expert on crypto industry trends and market movements, while gaining an end-to-end understanding of the OTC trading business.
