Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in structured or project finance.
• Experience leading large, complex financings through close.
• Proven ability to engage lenders, investors, and advisors.
• Strong judgment on capital structure and risk.

Responsibilities

• Lead large financing processes from structuring through closing.
• Translate objectives into executable financing plans and counterparty strategies.
• Manage lenders, investors, advisors, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee structuring, modeling, diligence, and documentation.
• Recommend financing strategy and process design.
• Maintain hands-on execution while developing the team.
• Help build scalable internal financing processes.
• Coach and develop junior professionals.
