Senior Structured Finance Execution Lead

Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced financing leader to guide large, complex transactions from structuring through closing, coordinating lenders, investors, advisors, and internal teams.

You will translate objectives into executable plans, oversee diligence and modeling, and design processes as the financing function scales. Relocation to San Francisco is required; you will operate in a high-impact, low-hierarchy environment.

Qualifications

• 8-15 years of experience executing structured finance, project finance, infrastructure finance, digital infrastructure finance, or other capital-intensive transactions.
• Personally led multiple complex or large-scale financings through close, with the ability to explain your individual role and decisions in detail.
• Experience across the full transaction lifecycle, including structuring, modeling oversight, lender or investor engagement, documentation, diligence, negotiation, and closing.
• Strong judgment across capital structure, counterparties, risk allocation, and financing process design.
• Bank training, ideally followed by a successful move into an in-house, principal, developer, infrastructure investment, or specialist advisory environment.
• Exposure to data centers, digital infrastructure, power, energy, infrastructure, or similarly capital-intensive sectors.
• Experience building financing processes or functions, rather than only operating within a mature platform.
• A track record of managing, coaching, or developing junior transaction professionals.
• Comfort operating in a low-hierarchy, high-ambiguity environment where senior leaders are expected to stay close to execution.
• Willingness to relocate to or work consistently from San Francisco.
