Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in quantitative, analytical or technology roles within financial services.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and proficiency in Python and SQL programming.
  • Experience developing insights and dashboards in BI tools such as PowerBI, Tableau or Qlik is a plus.
  • Experience in securities financing is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication with strong interpersonal skills.

This position sits at the intersection of finance and technology and centers on leveraging technology and data to create impactful products for State Street’s financing and execution platform. The ideal candidate will combine deep analytical skills with strong communication skills and business acumen. Ability to apply quantitative methods to business challenges and explain them to a diverse audience is a must.
