State Street is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to drive roadmap execution for foundational backend capabilities within the Charles River and Alpha Platforms. This role requires 4+ years in technical product management for SaaS platform infrastructure and cloud-native development.

You will gather requirements, lead discovery, and collaborate with engineering, security, and architecture teams to ensure scalable, compliant solutions.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical product management, platform engineering, or infrastructure strategy within a SaaS environment.
• Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures, containerization (Kubernetes), event-driven systems, and authentication/authorization frameworks.
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure platform capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Collect and refine business and functional requirements from stakeholders to ensure server framework capabilities meet performance, scalability, and compliance.
• Lead product discovery and technical deep dives, translating infrastructure needs into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
• Engage with engineering and QA daily to ensure timely delivery of key projects.
• Promote a smooth developer experience, ensuring platform services are intuitive and well-documented.
• Become a subject matter expert in the coverage area and provide roadmap feedback for growth.

Who We’re Looking ForWe are seeking a Technical Business Analyst to lead roadmap execution for foundational backend capabilities within the Charles River and Alpha Platforms.This role is ideal for a candidate with 4+ years of technical product management experience in application framework development using cloud-native technology, SaaS platform and infrastructure software development, and enterprise-scale architecture.
