Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an experienced Exercise Planner/EXCON to support Indo-Pacific Combat Training Center rotations and live, virtual, and constructive exercises. You will develop exercise products, track operations, and provide the OPSGRP with a unified operational picture to enable effective training and decision making.

The role requires 4+ years at brigade level or below, joint and Army doctrine familiarity, and the ability to travel up to 25%.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience at brigade level and below (BN S3, BN XO, or Operations SGM).
• 2+ years planning, coordinating, and executing live, virtual, and constructive exercises at brigade level or below.
• 2+ years experience at Division/Corps/Joint/Multi-national HQ.
• Experience serving at a CTC.
• Experience with Army and joint doctrine and training policy.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
• Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree and completion of CGSC/ILE/MEL 4 Battle Staff.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute CTC rotations as OPSGRP team member.
• Develop JELC exercise products including exercise orders and staff products.
• Coordinate warfighting functions to synchronize planning outputs.
• Track CTC operations and monitor battle rhythm during exercises.
• Provide the OPSGRP with a common operational picture to aid decision-making.
