Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an Exercise and EXCON Operations Planner to support Indo-Pacific Combat Training Centers and joint exercises. You will develop JELC products, coordinate exercise events, and maintain a common operational picture using MAVEN and other C2 tools to aid decision-making.

Required: 4+ years at brigade level or below, 2+ years planning live/virtual/constructive exercises, a bachelor's degree, and Secret clearance. Travel up to 25% and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience at brigade level and below, including BN S3 / BN XO / Operations SGM
• 2+ years of experience planning, coordinating, and executing live, virtual, and constructive exercises at brigade level and below
• 2+ years of experience at Division/Corps/Joint or Multinational HQ
• Experience serving at a CTC
• Experience with Army and joint doctrine and training policy
• Experience using Microsoft Office tools, including Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree
• Completion of a CGSC, ILE, or MEL 4 Battle Staff Course

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute CTC rotations as an OPSGRP team member
• Develop JELC exercise products and coordinating staff products
• Synchronize warfighting functions to produce a common operational picture during exercises
• Track CTC operations and monitor battle rhythm events
• Utilize MAVEN Smart Systems and other C2 platforms to support decision-making
• Assist in replication of higher headquarters functions
