You will receive a dedicated service representative, cutting-edge technology, and incentives for early performance. Candidates typically have 2–5 years in insurance, state licenses, and strong relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and business skills to build and manage your agency.
• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance/financial services field (preferred).
• Residential licenses: Life & Health and Property & Casualty required in many states.
• FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region) are a bonus.
