Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators secure affordable and comprehensive insurance options. You will operate within an exclusive territory and focus on relationship-building and client service to grow your agency.

The role offers a 1099 compensation model with performance incentives and access to advanced technology and training to support your business growth.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in the insurance/financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses (required).
• Life and Health Insurance License.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable).
• 1099 independent contractor compensation structure.

Responsibilities

• Identify affordable insurance solutions for educators.
• Build and manage your agency within an exclusive territory.
• Present products to groups and individuals with confidence.
