Horace Mann is seeking Exclusive Insurance Agents to help educators secure affordableinsurance and financial security in an exclusive territory. You will sell a multiline portfolio, leverage a dedicated service rep, and take advantage of cutting-edge technology and training to grow your business.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, autonomy, and a strong incentive structure over the first 48 months, with quarterly incentives and no external office requirements for two years.

Competenze

• 2–5 years of experience in the insurance/financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health License; Property and Casualty License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
• Strong interpersonal and business management skills; ability to build and manage an agency.
