Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators secure affordable insurance solutions and financial security. This independent role offers performance-based, 1099 compensation and an exclusive territory in a niche market with cutting-edge technology and ongoing training.
You will work with a comprehensive multiline product portfolio, dedicated service support, and market-building programs to grow your network.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and business management skills.
- 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
- Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health, Property and Casualty.
- Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).
Responsibilities
- Identify and implement affordable insurance solutions for educators.
- Build market access and strong relationships.
- Present products to groups and individuals.
