Horace Mann Educators Corporation seeks an Exclusive Agent to build and manage a personal agency serving educators. You will present a multiline product portfolio and develop market access to help families secure affordable insurance and financial solutions.

As an independent contractor, you’ll earn competitive, performance-based 1099 compensation with incentives, quarterly bonuses, and ongoing training supported by dedicated client service resources.

Qualifications

• Must hold Life and Health Insurance and P&C licenses.
• State general lines licenses required where applicable.
• FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses may be required in your region.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your agency, focusing on educator clients.
• Present insurance and financial products to groups and individuals.
• Network through events to grow your client base and relationships.
