Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Insurance Agent to help educators secure affordable insurance and financial protection. This independent contractor role offers a 1099 compensation structure with an industry-leading 48-month incentive package and exclusive territory opportunities.

You will leverage cutting-edge technology and a multiline product portfolio while building relationships with clients and communities to grow your business.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry.
Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health License; Property and Casualty License.
Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

Responsibilities

Identify and implement solutions that help educators achieve affordable insurance and financial security.
