Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry.
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health, Property and Casualty.
• FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

Responsibilities

• Build and manage your agency with guidance from Horace Mann.
• Identify and implement solutions to help educators obtain affordable insurance and financial security.
• Present products confidently to groups and individuals; develop relationships through networking.
• Invest time and resources to ensure long-term success of your agency.
• Engage in events and community activities to grow your network.
