Horace Mann is seeking an Exclusive Agent to help educators secure affordable insurance solutions and financial security. You’ll identify opportunities, build market access, and develop relationships with both groups and individuals, while presenting products with confidence.

This 1099 role offers incentives, exclusive market access, and ongoing support including technology and a multiline product portfolio to grow your independent agency.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in insurance/financial services preferred.
• Licenses: Life and Health, Property & Casualty, and State General Lines.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement solutions helping educators obtain affordable insurance and financial security.
• Build market access and strong relationships with groups and individuals.
• Confidently present products to educators and communities.
• Engage in networking, community and industry events to grow the business.
