Horace Mann seeks an Exclusive Agent to empower educators with affordable insurance and financial security. You’ll own a defined territory with an exclusive niche and operate on a 1099 compensation model.

We provide cutting-edge technology, dedicated service support, a comprehensive product portfolio, and market-building programs to help you grow your agency. Training and incentives are designed to reward sustained success.

Formación

• 2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health Insurance License; Property and Casualty Insurance License.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

Responsabilidades

• Identify and implement solutions that help educators achieve affordable insurance solutions and financial security.
• Build market access and develop strong client relationships.
• Present products to groups and individuals.
• Network at community and industry events.
