You will build your agency with a dedicated Premier Service Representative, receive a competitive, performance-based 1099 compensation plan, and participate in incentives during the first 48 months to maximize earnings.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in insurance and financial services (preferred).
• Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health, Property and Casualty.
• Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

Responsibilities

• Identify and recruit clients and build your agency network.
• Present insurance and financial products to educators, groups and individuals.
• Develop strategic relationships through community and industry events.
• Leverage technology and multiline product portfolios to meet client needs.
• Invest time and resources to ensure long-term agency success.
