Horace Mann invites you to join as an Exclusive Agent to build a personal agency with a defined territory and no overlap with other agents. You will have competitive, performance-based 1099 compensation and a comprehensive 48-month incentive package to support initial growth and success.

You will work with cutting-edge technology, a multiline product portfolio, and dedicated service support to focus on client acquisition and relationship-building in educators communities.

Qualifications

2-5 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry (preferred).
Resident State General Lines Insurance Licenses: Life and Health, Property and Casualty.
Ability to obtain FINRA Series 6 & 63 licenses (if applicable in your region).

Responsibilities

Own and manage an exclusive agency with defined territory.
Build relationships through market and relational programs to grow your network.
Present products to groups and individuals and grow your business.
