With a strong emphasis on relationship building and community engagement, you will drive sales and service, supported by a dedicated service representative and robust incentive programs through the first 48 months.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in insurance or financial services (preferred).
• Licenses required or obtainable as listed above.
• Ability to build and manage a successful agency within an exclusive territory.

Responsibilities

• Identify solutions that help educators access affordable insurance and financial security.
• Present insurance/product options to groups and individuals with clarity.
• Grow your agency through market access and relationship-building activities.
• Attend networking, community, and industry events to expand the network.
• Invest time/resources to ensure long-term business success.
