Job summary

OpenKyber is hiring a Control Room Operator for a full-time, 12+ month contract in Charlotte, NC, with 3 days onsite per week. You will manage time, juggle multiple tasks, and coordinate across teams using JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and MS Office.

You will support release management, SOP creation, and process improvements while participating in status calls and cross-team communications. W-2 employment only.

A client of OpenKyber is immediately hiring for a Control Room Operator Position type: Full time, Contract Duration: 12+ months Location: 3 days onsite in a week in Charlotte, NC

As a Control Room Operator, you will:

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Control Room Operator responsible for time management and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast pace environment and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Must-Have Skills Testing (manual/Automation) JIRA Required Skills
• Excellent presentation skills and knowledge on Confluence, SharePoint, MS Office (Projects, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with hosting and coordinating web based meetings, status calls, communication and coordination channels to facilitate seamless coordination among multiple teams
• Prepare and maintain standard operating procedures with instructional materials
• Analytical thinking with the ability to make suggestions to improve operational efficiency
• Experience in Release management process
• Hands on experience in JIRA, Horizon tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Having knowledge on Scrum, Agile methodology Knowledge of Oracle and/or SAP

This position is only open to applicants who can be engaged on a W-2 basis.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS

Pay Range*: $60 - $62 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
