Job summary

Responsibilities include processing policy changes, maintaining accurate records, and communicating status updates. A High School Diploma and a valid Property & Casualty license are required, with two years of servicing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of personal lines insurance products and claims handling.
• Two years servicing experience with independent agency or equivalent.
• Property and Casualty License required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day service to new and existing clients to meet profitability and growth objectives.
• Serve as the first contact for policyholders reporting a claim and manage related communications.
• Investigate, evaluate, and process personal lines claims in line with policy coverage and guidelines.
• Coordinate with adjusters and third parties to facilitate claim resolution.
• Perform additional responsibilities as requested and maintain documentation.
