Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred or equivalent work experience
• Experience as a Claim Specialist in auto and/or property claims with CCC, Xactimate, XactContents
• Knowledge of auto/property policies, coverage, and claim handling practices
• Ability to assess damages, estimate repair costs, and negotiate settlements

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle claims
• Apply policy knowledge and regulations to determine coverage and damages
• Handle high-volume calls and written communications
• Multi-task in a fast-paced claims center
• Provide empathetic, simple interactions to customers
