Aon is seeking an Excess Casualty Broker, Vice President to join the National Casualty Practice. The candidate will review exposures, analyze loss experience, and tailor renewal and placement strategies for clients, while leading marketing, submissions, and carrier negotiations.
Role requires strong casualty knowledge, client management skills, and the ability to mentor colleagues. Position comments include hybrid work options and locations in major markets.
The National Casualty Practice is a premier team of casualty brokerage professionals with extensive experience in representing buyers of primary and umbrella/excess liability.

Utilizing risk expertise and knowledge of industry and insurance marketplace, a VP reviews clients' exposures and loss experience and develops solutions for clients' needs.

The salary range for this position (intended for U.S. applicants) is $133,500 to $214,525 annually.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
