LEAD Public Schools seeks an Exceptional Education teacher to design data-driven lesson plans and develop IEPs for students with cognitive and developmental delays. You will maintain SPED files and track progress to ensure access to quality education in inclusive settings.

The role emphasizes collaboration with teachers and administrators, fostering independence and advocating for students in appropriate general education environments. A strong commitment to equity is essential.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Valid Tennessee SPED license or endorsement or out-of-state license transferable within 90 days, or proof of progress toward Tennessee certification.
• Experience with diverse student populations preferred.

• Design and implement data-driven lesson plans for students with cognitive/developmental delays.
• Develop IEPs for students.
