Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design and implement data-driven lesson plans to support students with cognitive/developmental delays.
• Develop individualized education programs (IEPs) for students.
• Maintain special education files in accordance with federal/state/local requirements.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress toward IEP goals.
• Implement Functional Curriculum and daily living focus as appropriate.
• Promote independence across natural settings for students.
• Collaborate with team members and advocate for inclusion with general ed peers.
• Adapt and modify general curriculum to ensure access to content.
