Job summary

Faith Technologies is seeking a Tool Coordinator to oversee all Excellerate regional branch tooling operations and provide equipment support to manufacturing personnel. The role requires travel between branches, managing tool ordering, repairs, and scheduling shipments, while ensuring OSHA and company safety standards are met.

The position involves maintaining inventory levels, tagging items, coordinating with third-party vendors, and refurbishing tools.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in Tool Coordinator or Manufacturing Support Role
• Travel: 10%
• Work Schedule: 6 am–6 pm, Monday to Friday; overtime may be required; flexible schedule necessary

Responsibilities

• Provide solutions to day-to-day tool ordering/fulfillment processes, deliveries and returns
• Provide solutions to tool repair processes and tasks
• Use systems to oversee scheduling and planning of shipments with third-party vendors
• Address shipping issues/concerns as they arise
• Identify and establish specific locations for items, including marking and tagging
• Monitor inventory levels to predetermined min/max quantities
• Attend company meetings as required by supervisor
• Maintain compliance with OSHA and company policies
• Focus on continuous improvement
• Support quality control of Excellerate's tooling fleet
• Oversee repair and refurbishment of damaged tools
• Control calibration dates of calibrated tools
• Manage incoming/outgoing of forklifts, MEWPs, and rented tools
• Coordinate with 3rd party vendors for maintenance/onsite visits
• Perform other related duties as required
• Operate forklifts, floor sweepers, scrubbers, scissor lifts and other equipment

This also will include but not be limited to forklifts, mobile elevated work platforms (MEWPs), and rental tools. This position will be required to travel between branch locations determined by need. Follow budgetary needs on acquisition of tools and materials. Reach out to vendors on repairs and requests. Minor tooling repairs when required. Ensure compliance with safety standards for equipment use and storage. This position will also include cleaning the facility and handling cleaning requests throughout the day.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Education: High School Diploma or GED
• Experience: 1 to 2 years of experience in Tool Coordinator or Manufacturing Support Role
• Travel: 10%
• Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 6 am and 6 pm, Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required. Ability to work a flexible schedule is necessary.
