The role emphasizes strong Excel skills and attention to detail, with opportunities to collaborate across Merchandising, Sales Support, and Marketing to ensure accurate product data and timely updates.

Formación

• Experience in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
• Strong Excel skills including formulas, tables, and pivot tables.

Responsabilidades

• Review and update core brand product assortments on the company portal.
• Complete and upload detailed Excel product sheets for core SKUs.
• Learn and use the company’s proprietary reporting and fulfillment system.
• Add and maintain vendor and brand information in the company CRS.
• Manage product assortment details, including marketing copy, pricing, inventory, images, and program placement.
• Communicate with brand and vendor contacts to obtain assortment updates.
• Create and maintain product marketing copy.
• Enter and maintain brand pricing changes.
• Coordinate with vendors to resolve overages, discrepancies, and damaged goods, including managing returns to vendors.
• Anticipate the needs of the Merchandising and Sales Support teams and follow up consistently.
• Partner with the Marketing team to provide information and product samples as needed.
• Communicate professionally and clearly with internal teams, vendors, and customers.
