Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills required.
• Ability to implement conditional formatting and identify duplicates.
• Proficient with table filtering and sorting.
• Knowledge of formulas like XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, ROUNDUP, IF, SUBSTITUTE, CONCAT, TEXTSPLIT.
• Strong math skills to calculate discounts and markups in Excel.
• Excellent problem-solving and numerical abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy.
• Professional communication with vendors via email and phone.
• Strong follow-through to resolve discrepancies.

Responsibilities

• Record vendor cost and status changes and archive price books.
• Organize active products by vendor in Excel and match to vendor catalog.
• Record cost, discounts, surcharges, and apply to determine cost and retail price.
• Compute markup percentages and apply to costs to derive retail prices.
• Create a secondary CSV with part numbers, costs, and retail prices and upload to websites.
• Identify new/discontinued products and confirm status with vendors and inform Content Dept.
• Resolve discrepancies between Purchase Orders and vendor Order Acknowledgments; update records.
