Job summary

Cincinnatus LLC is seeking advanced Excel experts to contribute to the training data for AI models. You will design Excel tasks, provide solutions, and guide researchers to improve model performance across multiple domains.

Ideal candidates have breadth across modeling, dashboards, automation, and data analysis, with strong teaching or training experience. This is a W-2 role placed at a leading tech company, based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Advanced, professional-level Excel expertise across multiple domains.
• Experience teaching or training; PhD is a strong plus.
• Experience in AI training, data annotation, or model evaluation is a plus.
• Able to commit 40 hours/week weekdays through September, then 20 hours/week.
• United States-based only.

Responsibilities

• Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance on Excel-based tasks.
• Design realistic Excel tasks from your experience and write accurate solutions.
• Evaluate tasks and provide clear, written feedback.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training data accuracy.
