Cincinnatus LLC is seeking an advanced Excel expert to support a GenAI initiative by elevating Excel-based training data quality across multiple domains. This W-2 role places you within a leading technology company as part of an extended workforce.

You will design tasks, create solutions, and provide feedback, leveraging broad Excel proficiency and cross-industry experience. This position requires dependable engagement for 40 hours/week through September, then 20 hours/week thereafter, based in

Qualifications

Advanced, professional-level Excel expertise across multiple domains.
Breadth of Excel application across industries is a strong plus.
Teaching or training experience and/or a PhD is a strong plus.
Experience in AI training, human data annotation, or model evaluation is a strong plus.
Career progression in your field.
Availability for 40 hours/week weekdays through end of September, then 20 hours/week afterward.
United States–based only.

Responsibilities

Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance on Excel-based tasks across domains.
Design realistic Excel tasks from your experience and write accurate solutions.
Evaluate Excel tasks and provide clear, written feedback.
Collaborate with other SMEs to ensure consistency and accuracy in training data.
