Turner Mining Group seeks an Excavator Operator to join our Charlotte, NC team, working on projects within a 2 hour radius of Yadkinville, NC. You will operate excavators and follow grade stakes using GPS guidance.

You will communicate professionally with supervisors, maintain equipment, and complete required trainings. The role requires 18+, the ability to pass drug and background checks, and outdoor work in varying weather.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience operating excavators.
• GPS system experience required.
• Ability to read and understand grade stakes.
• Strong communication with supervisors and teammates.
• Reliable transportation and ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Communicate professionally with supervisors and teammates.
• Understand and follow goals and directions from foreman or superintendent.
• Maintain cleanliness of all equipment.
• Attend work regularly during assigned hours.
• Overtime or Saturday work as needed.
• Participate in required trainings.
• Assist with other tasks as needed on the crew.
