Shirley Contracting Company, LLC is seeking a reliable Heavy Equipment Operator for multiple sites across the United States. You will operate excavators, loaders, dozers and motor graders, perform routine maintenance and daily equipment cleaning, and report deficiencies to the foreman.
The role requires prior experience on heavy machinery, the ability to work outdoors in all seasons, and willing to pass a pre-employment physical and drug screening.

Job Type: Full-Time, Year-Round
Location: Various Jobsites
Working Hours: Start varies between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM. Overtime, nights and weekends may be required.

For this role the base hourly range is $22.00-$35.00 per hour. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s education, experience, skills, and geographic location. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work.
